- You see people as patients, treating everyone as a standardised checklist to get through
- You’re incredibly inflexible about the support you’re willing to offer
- You’re unwilling to do detailed paperwork, sharing about your care receiver and their personal preferences
- You’re dishonest about your experience, jeopardizing the safety of our care receivers

Our carers train directly with Derek, the founder and leader of Serene Care Jersey, and we invest in home care training, paying for and supporting with essential and additional certifications such as NVQ/RQF level 2 and 3, Level 3 Safe Administration of Medications, or anything you wish you wish to study in. We do this because we give a damn about you, too.

We offer:

- 2 references (1 from a care provision role and 1 from your latest employer)
- Driving license and personal transport (preferred)
- NVQ/RQF Level 2 (preferred)
- Level 3 Safe Administration of Medications (preferred)
- DBS check (we’ll conduct one if yours isn’t up to date)
- Mandatory training (if you don’t have it, we’ll help you get it)
